Engage a Traffic Engineer to work with your architect as early as possible.   3. Ensure that the person providing the advice is suitably experienced and qualified.   4. Are they a Registered Professional Engineer (RPEQ)?  5. How much experience do they have?  6. Can they adequately assess swept paths of service vehicles?  7. Give the traffic engineer as much detail as you have about the development and keep them updated about any changes.
