Luke has been with Trafflec since 2012 and is well known within the ITS industry as the leading professional for large scale and complex project delivery.
Luke’s ability is built on a broad range of experience across a wide range of disciplines gained in both the public and private sector. Luke has worked as a designer, project manager, construction engineer, geotechnical engineer, contract administrator and quality manager. To further develop his skills Luke has completed formal training in electrical systems, and communication network design and configuration [layer 2 & 3 routers etc].

David has been with Trafflec since 2007 and is an expert engineer in the areas of communication network design and operation. David brings a wealth of knowledge having worked in Europe, Asia and the Americas.
David specialises in ITS network configuration, network design and is in expert in integrating ITS devices.

Principal Technical Manager; design of the world IT infrastructure for Lloyds of London Shipping offices [200+]
Developed web-based customer solutions using technologies such as IIS, SSL, VBScript, CAPICOM, Active Directory and Flash.
Lead the Identity Management initiative for Qld Health applying technologies such as; LDAP, NetWare, Windows XP, Citrix, DirXML and Novell Secure Login.
James started his working career as an Australian Federal Police Officer and was the youngest officer to achieve the rank of Sergeant. James joined Trafflec in 2008 where he gained his electrical and project management qualifications.
James has been part of the company’s senior management team since 2016.

Stephen has more than 36 years of industry knowledge and experience, having worked both in road construction and the engineering sector as a health and safety advisor and consultant.
Stephen is responsible for providing monitoring, advising/coaching and implementing the day to day workplace health, safety measures to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
Career highlights:
Oversaw the planning, delivery and application of innovative trials within the RAM Contract, including the trial of PTSS Devices (Portaboom), and ConeLIGHT
Direct Work Health and Safety support to RoadTek business units resulting in a proven reduction in injury and harm statistics
Achievement of 20 months without a Lost Time Injury within the DM Roads Road Asset Management Contract
Geoff has held a number of senior positions during his career including; Operations Manager, Estimate Manager, and Training Manager. Geoff started his career at Vicroads before moving to the private sector and working for companies such as Nilsen Electric, and Gordon McKay PL as Group Manager.
Geoff has a keen interest in knowledge transfer which saw him lecturing at Victoria University on computer systems.
Geoff has won tenders with the country’s largest contractor’s on some of the largest infrastructure projects in Victoria and Queensland.
